| As a senior, I wasted my money on this DVD. There's a lot of rolling on the floor. I didn't need a DVD to do crunches and donkey kicks. Not appropriate for older folks. |

| I was surprised to see how many good reviews this DVD has received. I purchased it because I'm a huge fan of Dr. Oz, but I plan to give it away because it is so boring that I know I will never do it again. The workout features the instructor and two other people against a plain white background. That in itself rules out the video for me. The first two workouts are identical except that the second one has modifications to make it a little more difficult. I had no interest in checking out the third workout after that so I can't comment on that one. Don't waste your money on this one! |

| This is very easy to follow. I have done 2 of the 3 workouts and have enjoyed them. My children (9 and 12)have done them with me as well. |

In this DVD there are 3 parts for workouts. After watching it, I got interested in 2 parts (Level 1 and Level 2) by Joel Harper. I have been doing it for about last four weeks. I am still doing only Level one only. It is 20 min in length and you don't need anything other than your body. When you watch them, they seem to be very easy, but when you actually do it, you really feel it. I am 35 year old and with Good BMI and figure, I still feel this workout is very good. Now I can do all these moves (Level 1) without watching the DVD, but I still prefer to keep the DVD on at lower volume every time I do it. Because, I can control the time and finish it in 20 min. I tried doing few times, without DVD is on , but it was taking little longer (around 30) min, because of taking longer breaks.
I watched the LEVEL two also, which is similar to Level one but more intensive. I watched many workout DVDs and programs on TV, but I like Joel's moves very much and feel burning, easy to understand and easy to follow. |
